Policies at Carson RV Resort
Guidelines are in place for the safety and comfort of everyone.
CHECK-IN TIME
12:00 P.M. Guests must check-in at the office and provide a valid credit card, photo ID, insurance, and registration. All fees are due upon check in.
CHECK-OUT TIME
11:00 A.M.
QUIET TIME
10 P.M. – 8 A.M. Please be considerate of others. No loud music at any time.
SPEED LIMIT
Please observe a speed limit of no more than 5 mph while on Carson RV Resort property.
LAUNDRY
Carson RV Resort provides its guests with 2 coin operated laundry rooms as a courtesy, and is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage.
SEWER
Sewer seals at both ends of sewer hose is required.
RV PARK FACILITIES
Are for registered guests only.
CHILDREN
Carson RV Resort welcomes children, but always under the watchful eyes of a parent/guardian. CRVR is not responsible for their safety or welfare. You are liable for their behavior.
PETS
Carson RV Resort allows 2 pets per site. Pets must always be on a leash and under control. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Do not leave pets tethered on a leash, chain, or in a pen outside when you are absent. Absolutely no pets other than service animals are allowed in the laundry rooms, restrooms, or any commonly shared spaces. Pets are never allowed in the pool area. Using bathroom facilities to wash pets is an immediate removal from the property. NO AGGRESSIVE DOGS/PETS ARE ALLOWED, CRVR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PETS.
TRASH
Trash facilities located around the park are for personal trash only. Garbage must be bagged and tied, and boxes broken down. DO NOT leave trash outside of your RV. Guests will be charged a $100 cleaning fee for trash, couches, chairs, appliances, large boxes, etc. left in sites or around the dumpsters. Please leave RV sites as you would like to find them. The cleanliness of Carson RV Resort is of utmost importance to us. If sites, restrooms, or laundry rooms need attention, please notify the office.
RV/VEHICLE WASHING
Washing RV’s or vehicles in the park is prohibited. Working on RV’s or vehicles, changing oil, etc. is also prohibited. Only licensed and approved by management vendors may service RVs within the resort.
INTERNET/CABLE
Carson RV Resort provides complimentary wireless internet and cable to its guests. CRVR is not responsible for the operations of these services.
NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED. NO OPEN FIREARMS DISPLAYED. NO OPEN FLAME FIRES.
PARKING
One registered and insured vehicle per RV site is included in the rates. One additional registered and insured vehicle may be parked at your site for an extra fee. All vehicles must be parked in the gravel only, and never on the pavement as per Carson City Fire Code.
RVs
Carson RV Resort is not responsible for any electrical, mechanical, or plumbing components of RVs. Guests are responsible for keeping their RVs clean and in working order. Excessive outdoor storage, clothes lines, electric space heaters, or window A/C units, are never allowed. No storage is allowed underneath RVs.
CONDUCT
Disorderly, obnoxious, or disruptive conduct, drunkenness, theft, obscene language, or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately upon breaking any of these acknowledged rules.
DRUGS
Illegal drugs of any kind are prohibited at Carson RV Resort. Person(s) caught in violation are subject to immediate removal without a refund. Person(s) knowing of any illegal activity are encouraged to notify local authorities.
LIABILITY
Carson RV Resort facilities and equipment is intended for the convenience of its guests. Guests using the facilities do so at THEIR OWN RISK and consent. CRVR is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, freezing, power outages, overheating, RV set up, parking, acts of God or other unfortunate circumstances. Guests are financially responsible for individuals and pets at their site and for any damage to the resort, its guests or staff. In the event of an emergency please call 911 immediately.
CARSON RV RESORT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY PERSON OR TO REMOVE ANY PERSON OR PERSONS WHO BREAK OR DISREGARD ANY RULES WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS. GUEST(S) AGREE(S) TO LEAVE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY UPON REQUEST. ABANDONED, VEHICLE(s)OR PROPERTY WILL BE REMOVED AT OWNER’S EXPENSE. CARSON RV RESORT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE RULES, REGULATIONS AND FEES AS NECESSARY WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE. THESE RULES ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL. YOUR COOPERATION IS APPRECIATED IN HELPING US MAINTAIN A SAFE AND ENJOYABLE ENVIRONMENT. ANY FORM OF PAYMENT TAKEN IS AN AKNOWLEDGEMENT OF BEING A GUEST OF CARSON RV RESORT AND ITS RULES.
